Virtual Telehealth Appointment
A telehealth appointment allows you to meet with your provider virtually when you're unable to come into the office. These appointments offer the same personalized care and support as an in-person visit from the comfort of your home.
To participate, you'll need access to a weight scale and a blood pressure/heart rate monitor.
Patients must be physically located in Ohio at the time of their appointment, and a telehealth consent form must be completed prior to the visit.
