What is the downtime?

Downtime is minimal after treatment, but we ask that you refrain from any manipulation of the site or heavy exercise for 72 hours. Makeup and regular skincare products can be resumed 24 hours after treatment. Full pre and post care instructions will be provided at the time of booking and reviewed at time of treatment.

What are the possible risks or side effects?

The most common side effects are redness, swelling, tenderness, and bruising. The skin can look bumpy and inflamed immediately after treatment, but usually resolves within 2-3 days after treatment. Typically, any treatment side effects will resolve within 14 days of treatment.

When will I see the results?

Results can be visualized immediately after treatment but will take up to 3-4 weeks to fully settle in. We recommend planning accordingly for any special events to allow appropriate recovery and healing time after treatment.

Will dermal filler make me look unnatural?

Dermal fillers can help improve facial balance and contour the face to meet your aesthetic goals. At Vitality Health, we aim for natural enhancements that will keep you feeling youthful and refreshed.

How long will the results last?

Dermal fillers provide temporary results and do require maintenance treatments to maintain results. Most dermal fillers on the market are FDA approved to last 12 months, although some may last even longer. Longevity of results also depends on treatment areas, product used, and how quickly your own body metabolizes the product. It is common for treatments to be redone annually.

Does the procedure hurt? How long does it take?

Prior to treatment we provide topical numbing to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. Procedure times depend on the areas being treated but on average the procedure time takes approximately 45 minutes from start to finish.

What are common treatment areas?

Areas where dermal fillers are commonly placed include the cheeks, smile lines, lips, chin, and jawline.

How much do dermal fillers cost?

On average a filler treatment can range from $599 and up depending on the areas being treated and the number of syringes needed to achieve your desired results. Official pricing can be reviewed during your initial consultation or prior to treatment.

How can I save on treatment?

Many of the cosmetic filler brands we provide offer complimentary rewards programs. This means that after your treatment, you'll accumulate points that can be used to save money on your next session. We can assist you in enrolling in these rewards programs if you haven't already signed up. Additionally, we occasionally have in-office coupons or specials to use for your treatment as well. Another guaranteed way to save on treatments during each visit is by becoming a VIP member, which grants you a 10% discount on every neurotoxin treatment. Feel free to inquire with our team members for more details if you're interested in becoming a member!
