BTL Vanquish is a non-invasive, fat removal, cellulite and skin tightening treatment. Using the patented Selective RFTM technology, Vanquish allows physicians to reduce the circumference of the entire abdominal area or inner and outer thighs.

The Vanquish procedure disrupts fatty cells through the selective heating of adipose tissue. This process leads to fatty cell shrinkage and elimination.

The device has the largest treatment area in the industry, ensuring an unrivaled level of patient comfort and safety, without BMI limitations.

How Does It Work?

The Vanquish uses Radio Frequency which gently heats the fat cells enough to destroy them permanently. The fat cells are flushed out by your body’s natural detox methods.

Who is considered a Good Candidate for Vanquish?

Any adults with areas of unwanted fat that are looking for alternatives to surgery. Prior to starting treatment each individual will be evaluated by our team of medical professionals to ensure that it is the right treatment for them.

Who is a poor candidate for Vanquish? Are there contraindications?

Individuals with a metal or implantable device should not be treated with Vanquish. Women who are pregnant or breast feeding cannot undergo treatment with Vanquish and should wait 6 months after pregnancy to begin treatment.

What is Radio frequency (RF)? What is Radio frequency used for?

RF has been cleared by the FDA for non-surgical tissue tightening, collagen regeneration and deep tissue heating for the use of fat elimination.

What Areas of the Body Can be Treated?

The abdominal panel fits over the abdomen and flanks to reduce the size of the mid-section. The FLEX applicator allows treatment of smaller targeted zones of fat such as the thighs or upper arms.

Areas of body may be used for noninvasive fat reduction:

  • Abdomen

  • Back

  • Inner and outer thighs

  • Upper arms

What does Vanquish feel like? Does Vanquish hurt? Side effects?

There is a mild, gentle warming sensation during treatment that is similar to having a heating pad placed in the area of treatment. Vanquish is not painful, and the patient’s comfort level is monitored throughout Vanquish treatment. After receiving a treatment, you may experience redness, warmth or mild swelling. This can last a few minutes to a few hours after treatment.

Before and After Vanquish Treatment Expectations:

It is important to get adequate hydration to help the body excrete unwanted fat after treatments. We advise that patients refrain from tanning 24 hours before to 24 hours after receiving treatment. We also advise only moderate exercise for 48 hours after treatment, as these activities can lead to dehydration. Patients should also avoid excessive alcohol or caffeine intake prior to and after Vanquish treatments, as this can also cause dehydration.

How long is a treatment session? How many treatments will I need? Cost?

A typical Vanquish treatment session lasts 30 – 45 minutes. Length of session time varies on location of treatment and treatment tolerance by the individual. Individual results may vary and some patients may require more treatments or wish to undergo additional series of treatments to target additional areas of the body. Optimal results are seen with consecutive sessions completed between 7-10 days of each treatment. Costs vary by the number of Vanquish sessions completed.

When will I see results?

Patients may report an improvement in their waistline as soon as 2 weeks following the last Vanquish treatment. These results vary with each patient. Full results take approximately 8-10 weeks.

How long will the results last?

With the Vanquish treatment fat loss is permanent, the radio frequency used during the treatment causes apoptosis (cell death) of fat cells. As long as weight, hydration and a healthy diet are maintained the loss in inches will be permanent. Any large increase in weight will cause fat stores to re-accumulate, leading to the gain in both inches and fat stores.
